Q: Dishwasher Problem    Please try to get an answer for me. I have asked everyone I know. My dishes - plates, mugs, bowls, everything - continue to acquire  black swirly scratch marks on them. I got a new dishwasher, have tried numerous detergents, but to no avail. My new dishes, (which were  expensive and I love them) become more and more marked up every time I  wash them. The black marks are kind of circular, swirls around the mugs  and plates. They seem to be on the insides more than the outsides.  Please try to find an answer to this dilemma. I am running out of money  for new dishes!  I look forward to your help. Thanks  Renee Psiakis -- Reply 19 Jul 2004 (Ref:1000)

Q: Cleaning Question. Hello, I love your site. I get a lot of info on it. I do have a question for you and others out there.  We live in a mobile home and our tubs are like plastic. My problem is that we are getting ready to sell it and I can not get all the soap scum off of them. Could you please suggest something that will clean this "plastic" like bathtub? -- Sincerely, Andrea Houston Reply   22 Jul 2004 (Ref:1075)

Q: Orange Stain Devils.  I had an old bottle of 'Orange Stain Devils' Licensed by delta pronatura, Germany, and sold by Dendron Ltd in the UK. It worked great on removing some muck from our RV wall. When it ran out I used GloCare All Purpose Stain Devils, but this is nowhere near as good. The telephone number of the UK agent is now discontinued. Does anyone know if the original Orange Stain Devils is still sold anywhere? -- John Rubin - Reply August 02, 2004 (Ref:0994)
